I just got back from Paris, where we watched the PX3 exhibition at Gallery 24b. I had a lovely couple of days. At the gallery I got my picture taken together with my work, I thought that was quite cool :-)

The Px3 has lots of categories like portrait, nature, fine art, etc. The Category Winners’ works were printed out and framed. The works of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners were presented in a slide show. There were several gold, silver, and bronze winners in each category. That sounds like you do have a great chance of winning a prize :-) But when your work is seen and chosen out of thousands of entries from 97 countries around the world, that is quite an achievement, I think.

We were not at very crowded the opening. But it was very nice to interact the other day with other winners who had traveled to Paris. We met people from Italy, Scotland the United Kingdom, and Hungary.

After that, we had a great time going into Paris, we went to the Marmottan Monet Museum, we took a look at the Eiffel Tower, we walked around the city and we had a nice stay for two nights at 25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord hotel. And then we went back home with the Eurostar TGV.
