We’ve had a new dog in our lives for a few weeks now. Meet our beloved Chloe. She is eight years old and comes from a loving family who, due to circumstances, were looking for a new home for her. We are pleased to offer her that new home. Chloe is cheerful, goofy, tough, strong, and above all, very sweet. She loves food, digging -very big- holes, fetching balls, and going for walks with us. She loves combining these walks with a refreshing swim.

We haven’t forgotten Szuka; we still talk about her every day, and we miss her so much that we often cry for her. But that doesn’t change the fact that we’ve always liked having two dogs, and Chloe is filling the role of our new dog with flying colors.

She and Valentino get along well. Sometimes there’s a bit of squabbling over “personal space”—Chloe sniffs Valentino for too long, according to him. Then he gets a bit annoyed. But a little later, they’re back sleeping against each other. With the black and white and the different characters, they are very much like yin and yang.
They have shared passions; Chloe and Tino hunt mice and moles together with great enthusiasm. And sometimes they have very dramatic ‘fights’, with lots of jumping about and ‘growling’, and afterwards they both look very satisfied and cheerful.

We are happy that Chloe is here with us. Every day we love her more.
