Today, I brought my art to the Wadden island of Ameland for Art Month Ameland, an international cultural highlight in November. The organization has chosen a select group of artists from Scandinavia, Germany, and the Netherlands for this event. Bringing my Artwork was like a very short holiday. My outward journey was a fairy tale.
I have spent much time in Churches & Castles over the past few months. They almost have become part of my natural habitat 🙂 Saturday and Sunday I get to go again! All weekend there is a fabulous Art Fair at Nienoord Castle. Fancy it! Zaterdag 5 en zondag 6 October 2024 11.00 to 17.00
Wow, I was a bit overwhelmed at the opening of Gallery BIG ART & Garden this afternoon. What a crowd! They were queuing up! And what a wonderful and stunning location...and how special to see my work being exhibited there.
Open Atelier Days On 9 and 10 March the Open Atelier Days are here again! My studio is also part of this beautiful art route through the municipality of Coevorden. Many artists in very different disciplines are participating. You are very welcome to take a look at where I work and how I do it.
It's the time of the year we look back to the year that's almost gone. Fortunately, the past year was a happy year for Wondrous Goose. I exhibited at some very nice places. I did well in a few international competitions. Making new work came easily to me. And I met some inspiring people
I just got back from Paris, where we watched the PX3 exhibition at Gallery 24b. I had a lovely couple of days. At the gallery I got my picture taken together with my work, I thought that was quite cool :-) The Px3 has lots of categories like portrait, nature, fine art, etc. The
Yesterday I was at the Church of Ditzum (DE). I was in the particularly good company of Johran Koning. He is a very talented textile artist. During the Ditzumer Kunsttage on 28 and 29 October, artists are exhibiting in buildings, shops, and cafés all over the village. And the two of us got the church!

From 1 to 27 August I am exhibiting together with Helma Lok-Hörnemann, Daniëlle Broekhuizen-Mazzola, Cathrien Milette, and Alie de Boer in the Baptist kek 't Lam in Blokzijl. You are welcome every day between 11 am and 5 pm. On 9,10,16,18 and 23 August I am present myself. I look forward to seeing you!
